AUTHOR UPDATE & GIVEAWAY

Writing Heartstrings

She’s just turned seventeen, and Emeline is maturing into an independent, confident young woman. It’s funny how the characters become “alive” as I’m writing. It’s like they’re writing the story, and I’m just along for the ride. How fun!

Upcoming Interviews

I’m so excited to meet with these folks. look for them in your inbox and/or my website on the 3rd tuesday of the month & Please share with your friends.

July: Stephanie Landsem. Stephanie is a Christian author of adult historical fiction novels. Here’s the one I’m reading now, her newest release, but I want to read all her books. She’s amazing. You AND your older teens will love them.

In August, I’m thrilled to meet with S.D. Smith, author of the Green Ember series for children. His stories are dangerous — on purpose: to give kids the courage to be lights in a dark world. Which character is your child’s favorite? Everyone has their own, probably because they identify with them.

In September, we’ll chat with Michelle, of Whispering Pines Farmstead, about making homemade soaps and other crafts. Perfect for Christmas gift-giving ideas.
