Author Update
It’s official: A Journey is Book One of the Emeline series and will have a new cover, blurb, and include all the illustrations omitted in the first edition. The image above is a sneak peek at the new cover. After it’s finalized, I’ll reveal all.

I have HUNDREDS of new copies of the first edition in my home (mostly nice hardcovers), which will be out of print as soon as I publish the new one. So, if you or anyone you know, including schools or libraries, would like a copy for free, go to my shop and buy it! It will only cost you shipping.
If you’d like to buy bulk, let me know and we can arrange a local pick-up spot. If a school would like them AND an author visit, that would be a win-win for me. The text is exactly the same as the new book.
Heartstrings - Progress Report
The story is moving along nicely, and has finally begun writing itself. (At least the ugly first draft, anyway.) I’m having fun developing the characters so that many have their own arcs. The plot whisks through difficulties, failures, and successes and is sure to be a page-turner.
