Parents, Grandparents, Teachers

My Audience

This post respectfully asks for your participation in marketing: a necessary job for any businessperson, including authors. Creatives typically dislike this part because:

  1. There are many steps, approaches, and lots of advice.

  2. Change is inherent.

  3. It’s never finished.

No book is for everyone, as no particular food is for everyone. Children’s authors’ audience is ultimately the children, but the buyers are parents, grandparents, and/or teachers. So, where do you hang out? Please let me know.

Emeline’s Story Continues

Emeline - Woven Pathways

With all the work on houses my husband and I have done, this project is overdue. Even as I work, however, I’m thinking about it. The story. Especially the characters. I’m hoping to have it ready for release in the spring of 2023.

All New Early Reader Chapter Book Series (after Emeline’s book)

You can help! I know I will choose different character qualities to craft an interesting story with adorable characters, but I’m not sure of exactly how I will do this. I will hire Claudia Gadotti for her amazing artwork this time.

Will you help me to help you by checking boxes below? Thanks!

This has been a HOT summer.

Enjoy the time with your kids before it’s time to go back to school. (Shhh!)
